The commercial facilities will offer a focal point for day to day needs of the boating community and also encourage socializing, holidaying and conference activities. A general store, boat chandlery, public toilets, café, tavern/restaurant, interpretive centre and tourism accommodation will comprise the principal facilities. In addition, a marina office, commercial houseboat operator offices, public boat ramp, refueling stations and boat-lift and maintenance area will complete the comprehensive provision.
