The marina basin will provide separate moorings for 156 houseboats and other large vessels. Permanent living and moorings will be available for sale or leasing within the marina under strict security. Casual overnight berths and commercial hirers' staging areas will be available to the public outside of the secured area. Every berth will be equipped with a full range of services, including water, power, liquid waste disposal, telecommunications and vehicle access. The development also provides a range of facilities and services for the commercial houseboat hire industry and for the recreational boating fraternity, including a boating chandlery, refueling station, boat ramp, boat lift, and boat maintenance area.
