When Mannum Waters received Provisional Approval in October 2008, a number of items known as Reserved Matters were identified. Reserved Matters are items which must be undertaken to the satisfaction of the Minister for Urban Development and Planning prior to construction work beginning on the development site.
Tallwood Pty Ltd is conscious that those unaware of these provisions may wonder what is delaying the start of work. After twelve months of diligent application to the tasks we are now close to completion of the Reserved Matters and also nearing the final design for the early stages.
Tallwood regrets these delays. They are beyond our control. Nevertheless, they have ensured that the project design is based on the highest development environmental standards.

New Lookout Open - Special Edition - Dec 08
We are very excited to announce
that we have created a lookout so
that interested people may view how
the marina will look and watch the
progress of construction.
The lookout is open from 9 - 5pm
daily.
Drive approximately 2.5 kilometres
along Berryman/Belvedere Road.
The lookout is sign posted.
